Along with an accessible clubhouse, each HomeFirst™ community is equipped with multiple sporting grounds, a community pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. Fifteen HomeFirst™ Certified communities are located within the borders of Michigan, and are fitting for the lifestyles of many different people. Year-round community events keep current residents of HomeFirst™ excited, along with an accessible, community pool, 24-hour fitness center, and multiple sporting grounds that can be found within the borders of each location. Many of the manufactured houses in each community are available to rent or buy, and properties can be found as large as 2,300 feet.
