Detroit, MI - Wayne County Public Services has announced that Hines Drive will be closed on Saturday, November 13 from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM for Lightfest set-up.
Frequent closures of Hines Drive during appropriate weather conditions should be expected until set-up of the holiday lights for Lightfest has been completed.
