Catholic Vantage Financial To Host Free Shred Day In Livonia

Livonia, MI - Catholic Vantage Financial (CVF) is hosting its annual community Shred Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Community members are encouraged to bring sensitive documents for free shredding to the parking lot of the credit union’s Livonia branch located at 36111 Five Mile Road, just east of Levan Road.

While there is no charge for document shredding, Catholic Vantage Financial will be accepting monetary donations for its Christmas Angels program, which is designed to help local families in need through St. Vincent de Paul. In 2020, CVF assisted four local families by raising more than $5,000.

Iron Mountain will provide shredding services with CVF staff on hand to greet visitors and direct traffic.

With branch locations in Livonia and Plymouth, Catholic Vantage Financial provides financial services to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in 29 counties across the lower peninsula of Michigan. Members have access to more than 5,000 shared branches and nearly 30,000 ATMs nationwide with deposits insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. government agency.
