Help Offered For Macomb Co Community Health Providers

Clinton Twp., MI - To help address the critical staffing shortages facing service providers, Macomb County Community Health (MCCMH) has developed a recruitment and retention plan with financial incentives.

Effective June 1, 2022:

These bonuses are available to all current (both full and part-time) staff employed by a contracted MCCMH service provider on January 1, 2022, and will be offered through December 31, 2022. These incentive payments do not apply to MCCMH staff or for MCCMH positions.

"MCCMH is committed to supporting our providers, and this incentive payment program will help them attract and retain qualified staff to address the growing need for mental health services," MCCMH CEO Dave Pankotai said.

Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) provides a wide variety of mental health wellness, treatment and support services to adults and children. MCCMH operates under the direction of the Macomb County Board of Commissioners and the Macomb County Community Mental Health Board.
