ServSafe® Recertification Class To Be Held In Macomb County

Clinton Twp., MI - MSU Extension is offering an eight-hour ServSafe® Training, developed by the National Restaurant Association and designed for food service managers whose certification needs to be renewed.

Review and testing will cover the updated changes to the 2013 Food and Drug Administration Food Code, as well as purchasing and receiving from approved services, storage policies, preventing food borne illnesses, employee personal hygiene and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Care Point.

The recertification class will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, in Assembly Room B at the Macomb County MSU Extension office, 21885 Dunham Road (Entrance E), Clinton Township 48036. The course fee is $75 and advance registration is required. To register, visit www.msue.anr.msu.edu/events and search by “program” for the event you wish to attend.
