Detroit, MI - Wayne County Public Services has issued an update on Hines Drive portion that is now open and another still closed.
Hines Drive is now open between Stark and Newburgh and between Haggerty and Wilcox Roads. Hines Drive remains closed between Ann Arbor Trail and Outer Drive due to flooding and bridge construction.
