Action Taken Against Lincoln Park Business

Lincoln Park, MI - The Michigan Department of State (MDOS) has issued the summary suspension of a dealership for failure to produce required records upon inspection.

Dix Auto Parts, 3298 Dix Hwy in Lincoln Park, has been summarily suspended for failing to maintain records and failing to provide records during reasonable or established business hours. After an attempted records inspection on Oct. 19, 2021, the dealership failed to produce required documents including records for any vehicle sales conducted after June 2020. The facility’s license was suspended on Feb.16, 2022.

Dix Auto Parts is owned by Ahmad Chammout and Howard Schwartz. The suspension remains in effect until the owners contact the MDOS Business Compliance and Regulation Division and provide all required documents.
