Detroit, MI - Wayne County Public Services has announced that Hines Drive is still closed from Ann Arbor Trail to Outer Drive due to flooding. In addition, Hines Drive will be closed on Thursday, May 5 from Haggerty to Jughandle from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM for tree work.
