Detroit, MI - Wayne County Public Services has announced that Hines Drive will be closed between Jughandle and Haggerty Road and from Haggerty Road to Wilcox from 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 30 for the Heroes on Hines 5k Fun Run/Walk.
