Detroit, MI - Lashawn Wells, 46, of Detroit, was sentenced on October 25, 2023 by Judge Charise Anderson in the 3rd Circuit Court in Wayne County to 18-40 years’ incarceration for one count of 2nd degree Murder and an additional consecutive sentence of two years for one count of Felony Firearm, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Wells was convicted of each count by a jury earlier this month.
